Icing On The Cake

One of the great things in life is Enjoying Food!  Debra Started baking desserts when she was a little girl with her Mother and Grandmother.  Her mother would make her birthday cakes is all different designs.  It fueled her interest in not only designing a great looking cake but a fabulous tasting cake as well.  Living on Long Island was a great place to start her life’s passion for creating her delicious cakes and desserts.  In the 80″s she opened a pastry/bakery in NY.  It was a labor or love making everything from scratch and serving all of her creations to a loyal clientele.  Moving to the Outer Banks in 1989, she opened the areas 1st Bakery.  Creating her Signature cake flavors such as the White chocolate Key Lime, Amaretto Chambord, Chocolate Grand Mariner, Triple Fudge Kahlua, and Her Eclair Cakes. She is known on the Outer Banks as the best Cake and dessert maker, producing every kind of dessert and cake that can be  asked of her. Her motto is “If you can think it I can make it”
